1. Privacy Policy
LINKES informs the users of the website about its policy regarding the processing and protection of the personal data of users and clients that may be collected through browsing or contracting services via its website. In this regard, LINKES guarantees compliance with the current regulations on personal data protection, as reflected in Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data, and in Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21, which approves the Development Regulation of the LOPD.
The use of this website implies acceptance of this privacy policy.
2. Collection, Purpose, and Processing of Data
LINKES has the duty to inform users of its website about the collection of personal data that may be carried out, either by sending emails or by completing forms included on the website. In this sense, LINKES shall be considered the data controller of the data collected by the means described above.
LINKES also informs users that the purpose of the processing of the data collected includes: handling requests made by users, inclusion in the contact agenda, the provision of services, and the management of the business relationship.
The operations, management, and technical procedures, whether automated or not, that allow the collection, storage, modification, transfer, and other actions on personal data, are considered personal data processing.
All personal data collected through the LINKES website, and therefore considered as personal data processing, will be incorporated into the files declared before the Spanish Data Protection Agency by LINKES.
3. Disclosure of Information to Third Parties
LINKES informs users that their personal data will not be transferred to third-party organizations, except in cases where such data transfer is covered by a legal obligation or when the provision of a service requires a contractual relationship with a data processor. In the latter case, data will only be transferred to the third party when LINKES has the express consent of the user.
4. Users’ Rights
Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data grants data subjects the possibility of exercising a series of rights related to the processing of their personal data. As long as the user’s data are processed by LINKES, users may exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition in accordance with the provisions of the current legal regulations on personal data protection.
To exercise these rights, the user must submit a written communication, providing documentation that proves their identity (ID card or passport), to the following address: LINKES, RM 18 27/F HO KING COMM CTR 2-16 FA Yuen ST, Mongkok, KL, Hong Kong, Postcode: 999077, or to the address that may replace it in the General Data Protection Register. This communication must include the following information: user’s full name, the request being made, address, and supporting data.
The exercise of these rights must be carried out by the user. However, they may be exercised by a legally authorized representative of the user. In such a case, documentation proving the representation of the data subject must be provided.
